Established in 2008, PTES Consulting is an International consulting firm that specialises in psychometric assessment for recruitment and personal development, leadership assessment, organisational development through skills auditing. One of our unique offerings is our language and culture free assessments that are designed to eliminate cultural bias.
We specialise in International assessments in the Public and Private sector considering the unique environment surrounding the organisation. Current research suggests that leadership challenges facing the world today are the management of effectiveness and productivity of employees. The ability to inspire and motivate others through persuasion, subtle influencing, coaching and mentoring. Another key challenge is the ability to lead, build and manage teams. Lastly, but not least is the ability to be a successful change leader to guide organisations through times of turmoil. Appointing the correct leader and the development of existing leadership skills is therefore critical. Apart from identifying and assessing the correct external skills for employment, we conduct internal skills audits to assess the existing skills and competencies within the organisation. We use the results to plot the employee’s work level on the Stratified Systems Model (SSM) to determine the current strengths but also the gaps from a cognitive, experience and competence perspective.
